Govt Jobs in AP recruitment to Fill 350 Assistant Professors Posts in Government Hospitals:government of Andhra Pradesh has released the recruitment notification to recruit 350 Assistant Professors for government hospitals. 350 assistant professor vacancies in government teaching hospitals in Andhra Pradesh are set to be complete now. The recruitment notification is likely to be announced shortly.However, promotion to professor and other vacancies is expected to be postponed in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states for some extra time till the state governments issue rules for deciding nativity, said executives of the Directorates of Medical Education (DME) of the two states.

Filling theposts in the United Andhra Pradesh was delayed for over a year due to several reasons. Howevergovernment want to fill the posts, because of state junction and poll code, we could not take up the procedure, said K Venkatesh, additional director, DME, AP. Director of Medical Education of Telangana state Putta Srinivas said on the complete notification, there are around 99 domains in the medical field and posts are open in almost all the specialties. We have organized a list of people who are eligible for promotion according to their seniority. Once we obtain guidelines over nativity, we will fill up the posts, said Srinivas. He said that the exact number of posts in Telangana could not be determined as of now.
